Dr. Michael Kocher has been practicing Dentistry since 2008. He was not interested in pursuing “corporate dentistry” positions, so he acquired a practice in 2009 with his wife Jennifer that became Kocher and Kocher Dentistry. Dr. Michael is loved by his patients for his communication skills as well as his clinical skills. Patients appreciate his “on-the-level” assessments of their oral health and his low-pressure attitude towards treatment recommendations. Patients that are beleaguered by past traumatic or bad dental experiences usually find Dr. Michael a ‘breath of fresh air.’ He has a very transparent and easy-to-understand way of explaining things that patients respect regardless of their ‘dental IQ’.
Dr. Michael has trained in all areas of Dentistry, all the way from simple fillings to the placement and restoration of dental implants. He considers himself a “tech guy” and enjoys making patients’ experiences easier and more predictable through the use of technology. Dr. Michael appreciates people’s fears and apprehension towards Dentistry, and respects boundaries that more fearful patients may need initially. He prides himself in taking dental-phobic patients and turning them into dental-heroes at a pace comfortable for the patient. He also respects patients’ financial limits and is happy to work within them when possible.
Dr. Michael sees patients on Monday-Wednesday and would be happy to welcome new patients to the office. It would be his pleasure.
